Campera Electronic Systems

Campera Electronic Systems is a high-technology, privately held, small/medium enterprise based in Navacchio (Pisa), Italy, with years of experience on high performance FPGA design and Digital Signal Processing.

Established in March 2014 has grown rapidly with a focus on FPGAs and their applications. The Company has developed proprietary HDL Design Flow, techniques and utilities and a proprietary HDL IP cores library, with fully verified high performance building blocks.

The products and services supplied by the Company range from broad scope FPGA design services, through to HDL IP cores, customized designs and IP cores for Radar/Sonar, Aerospace and Defense, Space, Radio Astronomy, Test and Measurement and High-Performance Computing markets.

Campera Electronic Systems provides vendor independent “off the shelf” IP cores for FPGAs  that are highly optimized in terms of speed, power and resource usage. Each IP Core is conceived, developed, verified, documented, released and maintained through a strict proprietary design flow.

What we think about crisis

The company was founded in 2014 and it has grown rapidly with a focus on FPGAs and their applications. After 5 years, the company has grown from a small start-up to an innovative SME, well established in the electronics market, and it has become a reference point for Embedded Systems development.

Working at Campera

We expect our employees to be flexible as possible in the way they organize their work. Everyone at Campera works to achieve objectives and goals. Working at Campera you can be asked to design a floating point FIR filter in VHDL, to write the user guide for the same filter you implemented, to test the filter on a FPGA and so on. You can decide how to organize these tasks. Obviously for some roles and some responsibilities you’ll be asked to join our offices. But Campera strongly believes in remote work and we can cooperate with people around the world, because we focus on results. Therefore we share profits with our employees. While our Company grows it’s our ability to help employees growing with us.
